HOUSTON, Texas – July 14, 2010 – Chef Allie (http://www.askchefallie.com), Raw-MM-Good! founder and new author of ‘7 Secrets to Living Raw Foods,’ is speaking at Trinity’s Health and Wellness Fair, Wednesday, July 21st, 7 p.m.  She was invited by Dr. Brian Anderson, Missouri City, Texas, to share the benefits of raw vegan eating.

While speaking to the health and energy benefits of eating a raw food diet, Chef Allie will demonstrate one of many simple, sumptuous, satiating raw recipes to the more than 100 enrolled participants who signed up seeking better health.  August 2004, Chef Allie changed to raw food-weight loss of over 70 pounds, gaining improved health and tremendous energy were benefits. Out of a desire to help others also live a more vibrant life, she trained at the world renowned Living Light Culinary Arts Institute, and is now an Associate Chef and Instructor, in addition to creating products, writing, teaching, and coaching.
