7 Day Raw Food Challenge Video Class Launched!
The new Raw Food “7 Day Raw Food Challenge” has been finished and launched. This e-class is designed for those who are either new to raw food, and feel they need help getting started, or for those who have attempted to eat more raw, though found it difficult to stick to this way of eating. The class is a day-by-day, working together, hands-on experience of a week eating raw foods, a jump start to your efforts. Along with the daily video links, you’re given the recipes, the equipment list, the shopping list, advance preparation information, and additional resources.
